2012 Board of Directors

I am pleased to advise that in terms of the company's constitution, three nominations have been received for directors of the Shorthorn Society of Australia Ltd.
As four positions will become available, an election will not be necessary. We are able to welcome Tony Fountain as a new director and announce that Keith Ridley and Richard Ham will be re-appointed as directors for a further term, with effect from the close of the company's 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
They will join with continuing directors Cye Travers, Helen White, Ian McDouall and Jason Catts to form the Shorthorn Society's board of directors until the 2013 AGM.
Directors Neilson Job and Ross Johnstone did not re-nominate this year and they will complete their term at this year's AGM.
